AZ Adventure Tours & Events Scheduling, Deposit and Cancellation policy

We are a small business with limited availability, so scheduling ahead is always the best idea. In order to schedule your desired dates please call us at 

(928)699-8698, or if you prefer email, please email us at and we will get back to you ASAP to plan your package. Specific pricing for all customized tours and/or events will be determined after planning has been completed.

In order to secure a specific date(s) for a tour or event package, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the package must be paid to AZ Adventure Tours & Events. Dates will not be secured until deposit is paid.

Cancellation of the package more than 30 days before the scheduled date(s) of the package will result in a refund of 50% of the deposit amount (25% of the total package price).

Cancellation of the package within 30 days or less before the scheduled date(s) will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the scheduled package date(s).

Some tours are weather permitting. If we need to cancel your tour package due to weather we will either refund the deposit paid in full or reschedule for the most convenient date at no extra charge.

Participation in any tour and/or event with AZ Adventure Tours & Events requires signing our liability waiver. The waiver will be signed by all parties before the tour and/or event begins. Refusal to sign the waiver will result in exclusion from the tour and/or event.
